Building Inspections

Whether you are completing due diligence on a potential purchase or need a report on your building leased by the Postal Service, we can obtain the detailed report. REAC will coordinate with a professional third-party vendor and the Postmaster to obtain the property inspection report.  It will include extensive pictures of the exterior and interior condition, including all mechanical equipment to better understand the condition of the property.

EMCOR Notices & Maintenance Issues

Have you received a notice from EMCOR stating landlord is responsible for a maintenance issue and you disagree?  The REAC team can review your lease and the notice from EMCOR to confirm who is responsible.  We can continue to resolve the disagreement by pursuing an exclusion with EMCOR.
